DumPamp ("the App") is developed by SergoLabs. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
The App does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers. All processing happens locally on your device:
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties.
The App connects to public market data APIs of the following exchanges: Bybit, Binance, OKX, Gate.io, MEXC, Bitget, HTX. Only publicly available market data (ticker prices, OHLC candles) is requested. As with any internet connection, your device's IP address is technically visible to these services when requests are made; SergoLabs does not collect or store it. Each exchange processes such connections under its own privacy policy.
The App uses Android notification services to deliver price movement alerts. Notification permissions are requested at first launch and may be disabled at any time via Android system settings. Super-signal notifications may override Do Not Disturb mode — this is a user-controlled opt-in feature, disabled by default.
Subscription management and payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. SergoLabs does not collect, store, or process payment card data. Payment data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Billing inquiries should be directed to Google Play support.
All locally stored data is retained on device until cleared via the in-app button or app uninstall. No data is stored on SergoLabs servers.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Because the App stores all data locally on your device and SergoLabs holds no user data on its servers, you can exercise these rights directly: view your data in the App, delete it via the in-app clear button, or remove it entirely by uninstalling the App. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at the email below.
The App is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
